Our National Office have organised three more YGAM courses for any members working with children and young people. The sessions will be 2 ½ hours long and all attendees will be given access to all of the YGAM resources to be able to take back to their place of work.
We are pleased to confirm that due to the high demand for this workshop, we have scheduled the following two workshops to take place for LGPS Pension Scheme Members.
I am pleased to inform you that we plan to run the above workshop from the region. Places have been offered firstly to members who had booked to attend the face to face course which was cancelled from March and September, however we do have a few places remaining which we can offer out to members more widely.
This workshop will run over two consecutive days for 3 hours each day and there will be a short comfort break every hour.
The courses will run on the following dates:
21-22 September 2020, 10.00-13.00 on both days (limited spaces – apply by 15 September 2020)
9-10 November 2020, 10.00-13.00 on both days (apply by 9 October 2020)

The 2020 School Uniform Grant is now open for applications.
This year, the grant is £50 per child (up to a total of £150) – members who have already purchased uniform ready for the new school year are still welcome to apply. Please also note that more members could potentially be eligible for a grant as we’ve changed the criteria slightly for this year only
